I help high-achieving individuals break free from emotional eating, rewire their subconscious mind, and reclaim the energy, clarity, and confidence to live vibrant, deeply fulfilling lives.
My mission is simple yet profound: To empower individuals to become more self-aware, more connected to their bodies, more aligned with their values, and more powerful in their everyday lives through food freedom, mindset mastery, and subconscious healing.
But I didn’t start here.
My journey to becoming a wellness advocate was born from my own struggles. I once lived a high-stress life as a corporate lawyer, buried under endless deadlines, burnout, and constant fatigue. It felt as though my health and vitality were slipping away. I battled thyroid issues, low energy, and an unshakeable feeling of exhaustion. Every day was a struggle to keep up, and I knew something had to change.
